For Your Skin: Apply a small amount of oil to the problem areas after cleansing. Gently massage into skin, do not rinse off. Repeat as needed. 

For Your Hair & Scalp: Massage a small amount of oil into scalp daily. In the shower with damp hair, apply a generous amount of oil into hair and scalp. Wash with Sunny Isle Extreme Hydrating Shampoo.

Hot Oil Treatment: Heat oil and use a generous amount once weekly onto your scalp and hair. Cover with a plastic cap and apply heat for 30-45 minutes. Wash and rinse.
