COCOMERAs Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order from COCOMERA's e-commerce site www.cocomera.se . Agreements between you and COCOMERA for the delivery of your ordered products arise when you receive a delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right for any delivery delays and final sales. Furthermore, we reserve the right for technical errors, typos and misspellings. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order has been processed.
Out-of-stock products
If any item you have ordered is not in stock when your order is to be packed, only the goods that you ordered and that are in stock will be delivered to you. The goods that cannot be delivered will instead be credited to you.
Force Majeure
COCOMERA is not obliged to complete the purchase if there is an obstacle that COCOMERA cannot overcome or the fulfilment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable in view of the customer's interest in COCOMERA completing the purchase. The Customer is also not entitled to compensation for the damage suffered by the customer through COCM AMERICA's delay or error if the delay or error is due to an obstacle beyond COCOMERA's control that COCOMERA could not reasonably have expected to have anticipated at the time of purchase and whose follower COCOMERA could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
Refund
Crediting of your return is normally 14 days from the time the package is returned, but no later than within 30 days. Crediting is made via the same means of payment and cards that were used for the order.
Return
In the case of a return to Cocomera, the return is paid for by the customer. There you have the opportunity to get your money back immediately in case of approved right of return.

Best-before date
On most of our products there is a symbol that looks like a jar with an open lid. The symbol says either 6, 12 or 24 months. This indicates the durability of the product from the time it is opened. Other products have specific date markings.
Also keep in mind that shelf life is affected by how you store and use the product. It is not good for beauty products to be stored too hot or in direct sunlight.
INGREDIENTS
As ingredient compositions change, we cannot always guarantee that the list is complete, up-to-date or error-free. For a correct list of ingredients, we therefore refer to the packaging, or that you contact us - we will be happy to help you!
ALLERGIC REACTION
We are not responsible for hypersensitivity to ingredients or samples or allergic reactions. If you are unsure of what the product or sample contains, contact us before ordering and using. For those who know that it can be a little hypersensitive to new products/ingredients, it is a hot tip to test the product on a small surface (for example, the inside of the wrist) and wait for 24 hours, before full use. This is to be sure that no unwanted reaction occurs.
We do not accept returns or complaints of products that you have used but which do not meet your expectations.
SAMPLES
If you wish to receive specific samples in your package, you can write to customer service in the message field at checkout. We do not have all our products in samples, but if we have the sample you wish to be sent in stock, we will of course arrange it!

COCOMERA reserves the right to make changes to the terms of purchase. Changes to the terms of purchase will be informed at www.cocomera.se.
